Terms of Service

DCA.family is a non-custodial protocol interface with no company behind it. Protocol fees go to buying back and burning $DCA. There is no company and no profit.

Using the service

DCA.family lets you prepare and authorize onchain trades and scheduled orders from your own wallet. You are responsible for your wallet, credentials, funds, transaction approvals and compliance with the laws that apply to you. Do not use the service where its use or an asset is prohibited.

Orders and signatures

Review the amount, asset, network, recipient, slippage, estimated fees and order schedule before signing. A signed recurring order may authorize multiple debits up to its signed total. Funds remain in your wallet until execution; an open order may still execute while its authorization is valid. A cancellation request is not final until confirmed, and a slice already in flight may fill.

Prices, fees and risks

Quotes, schedules and network costs are estimates. Actual execution depends on market liquidity, network availability and the execution service. The current trade rate is 1%, comprising 0.90% protocol fee, used to buy back and burn $DCA, and the current 0.10% execution rate; estimated network costs are additional, and small orders may cost substantially more than 1% overall. Review the all-in estimate before signing. Prices can move, transactions can fail, and you may lose your entire investment. Scheduled buying does not eliminate risk.

No custody or advice

DCA.family is a protocol, not a company. It makes no profit and does not hold your assets or provide investment, tax or legal advice. Tokenized stock exposure is not ownership of the underlying shares and does not carry shareholder rights. Assets, smart contracts, wallets, third-party execution and blockchains involve technical and counterparty risks.

Availability and changes

We may suspend access for security, maintenance or legal reasons. Orders already signed may need separate cancellation and allowance revocation. Features, supported assets and fees may change; any changed charges should be shown before you approve a new order. Public blockchain transactions cannot be reversed by DCA.family.

Buy. Wait. Repeat.

Tokenized stocks, commodities and crypto assets are volatile. Dollar cost averaging spreads your entries over time. It does not remove market risk. DCA provides investment infrastructure and is not offering financial advice.
